RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
返品および返金ポリシー
•商品に不備があった場合、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。ご連絡が7日以内に行われなかった場合、返品を受け付けられない場合がありますので予めご了承ください。
•商品の破損、サイズ違い、その他、当店の不手際により不備が発生した場合は、当店にて送料を負担し、至急お取り替えいたします。
•イメージと異なる、気が変わった等、お客様都合による理由や一度ご使用になった商品の返品、交換はお受けできませんので、ご了承ください。
• If there is any defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please understand beforehand that we may not be able to accept returned goods if the report is not made within 7 days.
• In case of incompleteness due to damage of goods, size difference, etc., our incompetence, we will bear shipping fee at our shop, we will change as soon as possible.
